For people in Turkey! :] I think it's probably for eid since people give younger kids "Eidiya" which is money :D So yeah.. To get it just follow the steps below:
1- Go to any Turkish proxy such as: http://www.gizlibak.com/
2- Put this in the adress bar: http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=588
3- Log in
4- Put this one instead: http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=588
5- Wait a little and then you will have it in your suite.
