offers for money?

when i logged on my account i saw this :

i was happy when i saw this but its only 1 page some you have to download

and install

and for some you have to make go to account settings

then you will see it there the second bar! im glad they put this i think

it was because there were complains  about not getting enough money?

what do  you think?
