its not a glitch it comes up with the clothes on the little pit where you click it to get to different things =]
Well, when I clicked on this (Hoping for something free) or maybe the clothes from the spoilers yesterday!. It took my to the starplaza but nothing was there xD! A definite glitch ,, Hope they fix it soon.
